Farmer and Slam Ball Conditioning
40 foot farmer carry with 135 per hand. 10 overhead slams with a 20 pound deadball.
- Completed 4 rounds in 10 minutes
Using new farmer handles and a new 20 pound slam ball. This workout hit me harder than the previous two conditioning workouts. Originally wanted to go for 20 minutes, but my grip started failing and I started getting side cramps just 10 minutes in. Will increase endurance and capacity from here.
