170 for three reps is not a PR but it’s been a while since I’ve trained strict barbell overhead press. I probably could’ve gone 5 pounds heavier which would’ve tied my last 3RM. Overall I’m pleased with this session. Also, piece of toast with honey before this movement certainly didn’t hurt.
