76 Basic Strongman: W2D3, Farmers and Sled

Event Day

Farmers Run

Four laps with light weight. Two laps with medium weight. Then one lap with heavy weight. After the last lap hold the handles for max time.

  1. 120 pounds a hand for 4 laps
  2. 170 pounds a hand for 2 laps (very hard)
  3. 190 pounds a hand for 1 laps (held for 6 breaths)

Ate one piece of toast with honey before farmers, and another piece of toast with honey before sled. I seemed to be able to keep power through the whole workout. Will keep trying the toast next week.
