Farmers Run
Four laps with light weight. Two laps with medium weight. Then one lap with heavy weight. After the last lap hold the handles for max time.
- 120 pounds a hand for 4 laps
- 170 pounds a hand for 2 laps (very hard)
- 190 pounds a hand for 1 laps (held for 6 breaths)
Sled
Yoke Backwards Drag
- 400 pounds 50 feet 5 minute EMOM
Yoke Push
- 400 pounds 50 feet 5 minute EMOM
Ate one piece of toast with honey before farmers, and another piece of toast with honey before sled. I seemed to be able to keep power through the whole workout. Will keep trying the toast next week.
