Work up to a top run of 50' over five sets. Nothing crazy heavy. Should slow me down. Should not get me staggering.

Yoke runs were essentially superset with light power stairs and duck walk. Between runs I keep having to grab more plates from the basement and take them outside.

  3. 355x50'
  4. 405x50'
  5. 455x20ish'

I’m surprised that I didn’t get 455 pounds for the full fifty feet. I’m eating at a caloric deficit but I didn’t think I’d be affected this much.

Due to all the “power stairs” and “duck walking” I decided to postpone sandbag loading.
