I was running late today and didn’t attempt my final deadlift. Still got a pretty awesome PR. This was the last deficit deadlift of the program. I trained with a deficit because of a competition that was supposed to happen in April. That’s not happening, but I bet I could’ve gotten a rep with competition weight (450lbs) by then. Can’t know for sure though. Looking forward to switching back to regular deadlifts and see if this deficit training has helped them at all.

This was my last squat session of the program and the hard work really paid off.
