From week 7 day 3: One light set of five loads. Then 5 minute EMOM with heavy stone.

I’m not going to dwell on this workout too much. Day 3 has been a mess for me for a few weeks. And there’s lots of stress outside the gym. Going to just move on and work hard next time.

Wide Handle Cable Pulldown

I felt like adding on some volume since I didn’t get the sandbag workout I expected. Ten sets of ten. Pause at the chin. Sixty seconds rest between sets.

I don’t know if it was a good idea to add these pulldowns. I probably won’t be completely recovered by Monday. But I enjoyed the time in my gym.
