61 Basic Strongman: Week 10 Day 3

Farmers and Sandbag Day

Farmers

Due to limited space in my basement and and unwillingness to lug hundreds of pounds of weight up and down my basement stairs every week, I’ll be doing 4 runs of 40 feet (with a turn) instead of 4 runs of 100 feet.

Work up to a max over 4 sets. No drops allowed.

  1. 100/hand x 1
  2. 150x1
  3. 180x1
  4. 210x1 +10 pound PR

Doggonit my hands hurt after that. I’m encouraged because it’s just 10 pounds away from what the competition weight would have been in April.

Ran out of time for Sandbag loading.
