Upper Day

Close Grip Incline Bench

Work up to a 2RM over seven sets.

  6. 205x2 +5lb PR
  7. 215x2 eh, PR* with an asterisk.

*Butt lifted off the bench a bit on the second rep. Probably should’ve attempted 210 pounds instead. This is getting logged as a PR with 205lbs.

Axle Push Press

Work up to a 3RM over four sets. Clean first rep.

  3. 200x3
  4. 210x3 +10lb PR
