Paused Close Grip Incline Bench

Pause at bottom for one second. Work up to a 2RM over seven sets.

  4. 175x2
  5. 195x2
  6. 200x2
  7. 205x1 (Missed second rep)

Axle Strict Press

Clean first rep. Work up to a 3RM over 4 sets.

  1. 140x3
  2. 155x3
  3. 165x3
  4. 180x2 (Missed final rep)

Need to do a better job of selecting top sets. Would preffer to have all reps succeed than to reach and miss.
