Farmers and Cable Rows Day

Farmer Walks

Lap is 40ft with turn then a drop. Final set finish with hold ALAP.

  1. 110lbs/hand for 4 laps.
  2. 150lbs/hand for 2 laps.
  3. 185lbs/hand for 1 lap. Held for 4 breathes.

Seated One Arm Rows

Alternating arms

  1. 45x5
  2. 90x5
  3. 105x5
  4. 110x5
  5. 115x5

These seated rows felt great. I should’ve made this pulley system a lot sooner.
