Close Grip Incline Bench

One second pause. Work up to a 3RM over seven sets.

Axle Push Press

Continental clean first rep. Work up to 5RM over four sets.

It’s been over a week since I’ve done any rows. Even so, my upper back has experienced tons of ridiculous DOMs since last Monday. It’s nice to experience this new way of programming for strength because I’m learning that cleaning axles, cleaning logs, farmer walks, sandbag loading, etc, seem to be plenty to work my upper back.
