No Plan Day
Since I’m certainly going to change my program starting next week, I decide to stray from the HLM template that I’ve been following.
Today I focused on Farmer Walks and Cable rows. I spent some time rigging up a couple of pulleys to add to my Spud Inc pulley. So now I have a pulldown that is straight vertical, and I can rig it so I have a seated cable row as well.
My back feels very fried right now.
40' Farmer Walks with a Turn
- 100lbs per hand for 40'
- 100x40'
- 190x40' (hard)
- 170x40'
- 170x40'
V-Grip Cable Pulldown
- 90x8
- 135x5
- 180x5 (hard)
- 170x5
V-Grip Seated Cable Row
- 135x5 (very difficult because I had nothing to brace my feet against.)
- 90x5
- 90x10
- 90x5
The Seated Cable Row will probably work best for one arm at a time since I tend to slide forward when the weight is heavier.
