Heavy Day

Skipped over the medium day and went straight to heavy. Redoing the squat session from my last heavy workout to get all 3x5 at 335lbs.

Squats

Overhead Press

My arms felt dead today. I could only manage 3 reps in the first set. So I switched to 5x3 instead of 3x5.

Deadlift

These three reps felt better than they did a few days ago. But, I still didn’t manage to get the 1x5 I was shooting for. Will repeat this weight next week.

Something to consider if I miss it again next week, I might switch up to 2x3 instead of 1x5. Or, maybe even 3x3. Not sure if I need more reps, or more recovery.
