Heavy Day

I didn’t train much during December. So this workout is a measure of how much I’ve regressed.

Squats

Only had 4 reps in my last set. But I’m pleased I was able to do this with 335.

Overhead Press

Very pleased that I was able to get these reps with 160 pounds. I expected to be much weaker.

Deadlift

405 for three equals my deadlift at the beginning of December. I am pleasantly surprised by how well my strength has held up over the last month.
