Deadlift Day

Superset 1

Ab Roller bw 5 10

Instead of doing my usual 18" deadlift superset I opted to attempt an entry into r/strongman’s 18" deadlift challenge. Unfortunately, I failed with 495lbs. It broke off the blocks, but I just couldn’t get it past my knees.

Might attempt 485 tomorrow or Sunday.
