Overhead Press Day

Getting back into the routine this week. Last week amounted to a full 7 days away from the gym. I was starting to feel a little run down anyway. The weights were feeling heavier than they should. So maybe the week off will do some good for my recovery.

Superset 1

Lift LBs Sets Reps
Overhead Press 170 5 3
Lat Pulldown 170 5 6

Ran out of time for the second superset. I really need to get in the gym on time and use rest timers to make sure I get everything in.

Started using a pronated and slightly narrower grip on the lat pulldown. Seems to feel nice.
