Ab Roller bw 5 10
Jumping Jacks bw 5 20

These deadlifts felt very heavy. I’m going to watch my protein intake to see if I can continue this block’s linear progression. Though, I might reduce reps down to 2 instead of 3. Or, I might only train deadlifts once every two weeks. I’d probably put an axle clean in this slot during the off week. Not sure which I’ll go with when the time comes to make a change.

Bi-Lateral Glute Raise bw 4 10

I thought SSB Squats after heavy deadlifts would destroy me. But the muscle groups are different enough that these felt surprisingly fresh. Definitely felt it in the quads. These also helped my hips feel great after those deadlifts.
