I’ve been liking the unilateral work a lot lately. Incorporating DB work is primarily for “prehab” to make sure all my joints have engaged stabilizers.

However, I’m still trying to figure out what I like for unilateral lower body work. Today was supposed to be Split Squats but I switched to lunges during the workout. Even though I used light dumbbells, it definitely felt good. My stabilizers engaged in my hips, which was the goal.
