Overhead Press Day

Decided to switch up the set and rep scheme just a little. I’ve been on a calorie deficit for about a week, and I think I’ll be able to keep up with my lifts if I reduce the reps per set, but then increase total sets.

This new rep/set configuration worked well. Kept rest to only 90 seconds for the first superset, and only about 2:30 minutes for the second superset. With warmups and cleaning up I was done in about an hour and five minutes.
